it,s not a belt it,s a chain
Unfortunately you need to cut ut off check www.vectra-c.com all info is there
From a Vauxhall dealer? Perhaps??
Timing chains are designed to last the life of the engine and are normally replaced when the engine is rebuilt.
The service guide says 100,000 miles, though the service representative from Vauxhall says 90,000 miles. In reality, many fail long before that on this model due usually to waterpump failure and bearing seizure, which then causes the belt to fail. If you do change it, it's advisable to change the water pump at the same time.
You will need to take the complete headlight assembly loose or out to get to the bulb to change it.
To change headlight bulbs in a 2005 Ford Escape, first make sure the light switch is in off position and replace the passenger light bulb. Next, get to the driver's side bulb, remove the battery by holding it down, to be able to change the headlight bulb.
I have a 2005 Echo hatchback and need to change my headlight bulbs...The issue is on the right side, it is fairly cramped with the fuse box and battery. I am looking for a quick answer or two that may get me on my way
They are 3 (TO the best of my memory): Under the bonnet, near the battery. In the boot, on the left. In the end dash-board, on the passenger side accessed with the door open. RTFM!
I went to Auto Zone, they will install it after you purchase it.
I have a 2005 1500 and you have to pull the whole assembly out. There is a bolt that is really hard to get to on the bottom!
Carry it to dealer who will replace on low beam headlight for $15 +/- dollars in about 5 minutes.
