Looking at the car from the back, under the alcove where the numberplate lives you'll see to black plastic rectangles where your bulbs live. Gently push a flat head screwdriver or knife at the edge of the plastic closest to the number plate and prise the fitting out of the tailgate. Then twist the bulb anti-clockwise and remove/replace it.
