First you need to remove the outer skin on the inside of door panel,next thing to do is unhook all the wiring connected to the panel and unplug wiring to window motor.Next you need to remove the moisture barrier off of door.Remove bottom slide and unbolt top slide.The motor is popriveted to the door,punch out center of rivets and drill out the remaning piece,then remove motor and track from door.Reverse process when installing new motor.P.S. need to Duct Tape window up so it does not fall.Good Luck.
