Take it to the dealer...hahaha... get your self 3 tire spoons let the air out and break the bead on both sides. Use the tire spoons starting 180 degrees out from the tire lock. start from there and work your way around... Good luck
Lift the rear of the motorcycle, use a tire iron to loosen and remove lug nuts, and remove old tire. Now, put in the new tire, replace the lug nuts and tighten, lower the motorcycle to the ground.

front 29 psi rear 36 psi
30 psi for both front and rear.
145/70R13 - 30 psi front and rear 155/65R14 - 32 in the front, 29 on the rear
Factory recommended Tire pressures on the rear fender sticker, but if it is missing it is usually around 3.5psi
Use tire iron to break lugs loose. Jack up by frame to clear tire, remove lugs, exchange tire, thread lugs hand tight,lower until tire just contacts ground to keep from spinning, torque to specs, drop car.
