Siemens bought Gould so a Siemens panel should work.
The flasher relay is located on top of the fuse box under the steering wheel. You will have to unscrew fuse box and disconnect it to access the top of the box. The relay is the oversized fuse and has 5 prongs. Hope this helps, I just did this today myself.

Locate the proper relay in the under-hood fuse box and replace it with an exact same part number relay.
it is under the hood in a black box open blac box and look under cap and it says fuel pump relay and pull it then change it out and back to where it came
It's behind the ashtray, it's a black relay and the easiest way to change it is to lift out the fuse box.
The auxiliary relay box #2 is behind the right headlamp, under the air cleaner box.
The diagram for a 1995 F150 relay box can be found in the owners manual of the car. It can also be found on the back of the cover to the relay box.
The fuel pump relay is located in the power distribution box under the hood. Just pull it out and push in a new one.
The flasher relay for a 2002 RSX plugs into the top of the fuse box. Simply unplug the old unit, and plug the new one in.
The relay should be under the fuse box under the hood. You need to take the fuse box out and there is another panel that is upside down under it that holds the relays.
check the relay in the fuse box, you might wanna change them.
