The passenger headlight on a 2002 Honda Civic is held on by mounting brackets. Remove the bolts from the mounting brackets and pull the headlight off. Be sure to disconnect the wire harness for the lights.
You don't. Instead, you replace the entire assembly.

It may be blinking because it probably needs to be changed. To change the headlight you will need to open the hood of the car.
These are H7 bulbs.
Remove the headlight assembly to gain access to the bulbs.
If it's the same as my 1999 2 door 4x4. You have to remove the grill. Then the headlight modules are right there and easy to get too.
from the back you must remove about 4 nuts the i beleave you have to change the hole light not just the bulb
19mm socket for the oil drain plug and a oil filter wrench if your not manly like me
