The thermostat is located on top of motor passenger side . look hose from radiator top left (looking from front of truck) to where it ends .There you will see where the thermostat is , 1) REMOVE CARBURATOR COVER , 2)remove hose , 3)Remove the two nuts , 4)take off the hose connector , 5)see the termostat , make sure , you put in the new one the right way so look well how the other is on before you remove it. Remember that you need to clean everything before aplying the gasqet maker so it seals well. and last put everything back on. Hope this will be of help. EDfigue

To change a thermostat on a 1994 Toyota Camry V6, drain the radiator partially. Remove the upper hose assembly, unbolt the thermostat, and put the new one in place. Refill the radiator completely.
thermostat will be located where upper radiator hose goes to engine.there will be 2 or 3 bolts holding that housing to engine.remove those bolts and housing and thats where thermostat should be.PS; thermostat has probably been removed previoulsy to fix engine heating problem, but that woud not stop heater from working
