There are far too many steps to list a procedure here. You should purchase a Chilton or Haynes manual (about $20) or download the Toyota factory service manual ($10) for a step-by-step procedure that includes photos. One thing those manuals probably don't mention is water pump replacement at the same time. Since you've already removed everything necessary to reach the pump it is strongly suggested you replace the part that already has 90,000 miles on it rather than dig for it later when it starts leaking.
