The turn signal switch location on a 1991 Chevy Lumina is behind the steering column. You will need to use a socket set to get to the switch.
Look in trunk ther should be twist off screws.
You pull back on the turn signal switch. If that doesn't work then you may have a bad dimmer switch.

Remove the belt from your 1991 Chevy Lumina water pump. Remove the water pump return hose. Remove the water pump retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install your new water pump.
Remove the wiring harness from the back of your 1991 Chevy Corsica turn signal. Remove the turn signal retaining bolts. The entire turn signal will come out. Reverse the process to install the new turn signal.
