The 1991 Chevy Lumina is fuel injected and has no carburetor.
It is located on the firewall right behind carborator.
If you buy a carburetor kit (gaskets, needle&seat, check ball, accellerator pump, etc) it will (SHOULD!) come with a full diagram and instructions. Didn't Mitsubishi use TBI injection in 91? Not sure. If it's TBI injection, it's a whole different story.

No, it has a throttle body fuel injection system (TBFI). It may look like a carburetor but it is not. The injector is mounted inside the throttle body that looks like a carburetor.
