Many of these formats are supported by iTunes. iTunes is based on QuickTime so unsupported formats can often be added to QuickTime by the addition of an appropriate plug-in. Details of the particular file type would be needed to establish which plug-in would be required.

An ISO image is like a disc and needs to be burned onto a blank disc using something such as ImgBurn or CDBurnerXP. You need to have finished downloading the files first because an undf file means 'undefined' and that means it is incomplete or you are opening the wrong type of file since VLC can't open 7z files.
