I am not sure which Megane you have but I have adjusted them on my 2003 convertible. (old model). It was very easy, just underneath the front bumper was a screw with a torx head (star),beneath each fog light. I slackened it a turn or two, straightened up the fog light and tightened it.
Hope this helps

Renault suggest you remove the front bumper to access the bolts that hold the headlight in place then you can easily change the bulb !
It can be done if you remove the few parts that obstruct access to the bulb.
Don't forget that the HID uses 30,000 volts to light up the Xenon bulbs so make sure the lights and ignition are off!
if it is the new shape you have to remove the wheel arch liner then you can get to the rear of the fog light to change the bulb, hope this helps
check owners manual re- changing rear light bulbs, you have to remove cluster to do this, its quiet straight forward, just be gentle when pulling unit off, re-fitting same. good luck

how do you change a dashboard bulb in a renault clio?
Dunno for sure but there's a very useful explanation for lag 2 air con control unit light on Renault forum, with pictures! worked a treat for mine.
Pull off rubber cap and release the catch for the bulb you want to replace and pull it out.
I really don't. Know but .... is it like a normal light bulb? LOL
very hard, get some help
To change the passenger headlight on a Renault Clio, one should open the compartment and remove the rubber seal from the back. From there, the bulb holder should be removed by twisting, then a new bulb should be inserted into the holder.
Remove the top half of the dash board
Yes you can always just tell them
The lenght of a H4 HID Bulb is about 4 cm from the tip of the bulb to the en of the bulb where it enters the docking plate
