when you open the hood it should be right there behind the headlite a black box with a large hose going to the plenum the box should have 4 clips on it .unclip it and the filtre is about maybe 6in by9in & an inch thick.

In my 2002 Intrigue, the cabin filter is under the black plastic covering the wiper mechanics on the passenger side. It has been a while, but the wiper arm has to be removed and the plastic plate going across has to be raised slightly to reach the filter.
