first make sure rear brake is not adj to tight, i beleave that is a drum type brake on that bike. if it is not the brake than you probibly have a shaft drive issue.did this bike just get a rear tire? if so there a spacer that sits in the final drive hub that keeps the wheel from contacting the drive unit. may have fallen out and tire changer did not notice. allthough unlikly.last of all frozen drive system bearing somewhere? this drive system can lock from output shaft on engine, to final drive. start from wheel and move forward,remove wheel,final drive etc until seized part is found. hoe this helps.
