there should be 2 bolts on the alternator one looks slotted that is so you can adjust your tension on your belt your belt will need to be off the alternator pulley
loosen and remove both bolts they have nuts on the back of the alternator so you will need a wrench to hold them
then un plug the wire and loosen and remove the ground wire off the back of the alternator
then installing it is just the reverse
