If your asking this question then you need a mechanic. Not being rude but this is one of the simplest things to do and if you have to ask the question then there is no telling what you could do to your car.

Gear box? Im in the process of buying an 02 acura rsx type s but my blazer xtreme ( 5spd ) was doing something similar, and it ended up being the gear box? no guarantees tho! :)

on the top of the motor there is a plastic cover on top of the cam housing, just take the 4 nuts off of that and it comes right off, the plugs and coils are under that cover, just take the bolts out of the coils and pull them up, its easier than it sounds, if you need help, just email me at tcdude@hotmail.com, i can send you pictures, i have an 02 rsx
I suggest change your alternator, it sounds like its not putting out very much power so when you turn on any electrical you maxing out your weak alternator.
well i also have an 02 rsx type s, and it will tell you (like all auto manufacurers) to use the factory oil (honda oil) but i use moble one synthetic, after doing some research, and also being a tech, it is the best oil for the money for a driving car, unless you are doing nothing but racing then you would want to buy some better oil like royal purple, but i would go with moble one synthetic
Remove the belt from the alternator. The belt can be removed by loosening the belt tensioner. Remove the wiring harness from the alternator. Remove the cables from the alternator. Remove the retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new alternator.
