It's not more complicated...that's a boldfaced lie. The only diff with ABS is that there is a two-wire ABS sensor on the knuckle and a sensor-ring that is part of the axle assembly. The sensor is all that you have to be careful about, as well as the wiring. The new axle will come with the sensor ring installed, and it doesn't take a brain surgeon to be careful about the ABS sensor. You just unplug the sensor and can remove it completely if it looks like it is in the way. Absoultely no big deal.
As long as it has a clean CarFax and it was well cared for, the 2008 Toyota Avalon is a great reliable car. This car has received high marks on quality and reliability and has a great reliability history. I don't see a reason why you shouldn't buy the car as long as its in top shape.

At the same time u are doing your timing belt 90000
Lots of labor but can be done without removing heads. If doing it yourself, not much cost -- seals plus valve cover gaskets. Shop cost if not doing it yourself -- prohibitive.

Toyota has been doing business in America for approximately 50 years.
The first step should be to disconnect the sensor that is next to the radiator. After doing this, it should show dashes, if it doesn't it's the display unit and will need to be replaced. There are no repair options on this type of issue.
You don't state what they are or not doing. If none of them work, change the flasher. If just one side works replace the bulbs that are not working.how do you get at the bulb to change please explain
Avalon has ceased doing business. George seems to have disappeared into the ether .. but not before taking my $25K portfolio and turning it into a $600 portfolio.
AnswerIt takes 7-8 quarts if doing a filter change on the transmission...hope this helps!
An intricate procedure is a complicated way of doing something.
If you know what you are doing and are comfortable swinging wrenches, it shouldn't take you more than 3 - 4 hours. If you are not comfortable doing this, take it to a competent mechanic.
