You don't state what they are or not doing. If none of them work, change the flasher. If just one side works replace the bulbs that are not working.

I think that was the same problem as I had. If your Corolla is under 120K this problem will be covered. Just take it to your closest Toyota dealer and they should replace the ECU for you at no charge.

Sounds like you simply have A burned out bulb, Turn the signal on and look at all the lights to see if any are burned out. Could be A marker light if its in the turn signal circuit.
