Yes you can change it back from Google chrome to Google classic. just enter this URL "http://www.Google.com/support/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=95319" and follow the instructions.
Default restoring is also an option on Chrome. It can reset all the changes that had been made back to normal.
