remove the wheels and unmount the break calipers to start with, once removed, flip the caliper upside down. There are 2 small springs holding whe pads in place, remove them (may require a little effort). before replacing them open the pistons up to allow room for the new pads. re assemble the bike and pump the breaks til the pads touch and your away :)

you pull off the front wheel, then you remove the break caliper, then replace the break pads,.., it helps if you have a large C-clamp..
