You would use a cheat. I'll tell you the cheat but I won't tell you how to open the cheat menu. You enter in the words "operation cwal" and the building speed of all building and units (the cheat makes all building and units for everyone else too) will increase so much it only takes a few seconds to build it before it's done. You disable it by typing it again. This (and all other cheats) will not work online. To open the cheat interface, press the button above your right shift button and then enter (get it yet?) the code.
