I just replaced the passenger side fog lamp in my 2003 Murano and this is how I did it.
1...Jack up passenger side of vehicle.
2...Remove tire.
3...Remove splash guards and inner fender splash shield with Phillips screw driver. Behind shield you will see wiper washer reserve tank. Remove this and there is the lamp.
4...Replace lamp and reinstall items in reverse order.
You can do this without jacking up car and removing tire but it is a little cramped.

To change the head light bulbs on a 05 Nissan 350z. You have to remove the front wheel and inner fender liner. You then should have enough room to reach in and access the bulbs. It is a pain in the ass, I took me a hour to change out a burnt out turn signal bulb.
burnt out lightbulb!
where are the dash bolts located to replace burnt dash lights
To replace the dashboard lights on a 1998 Nissan Maxima, first, ensure the vehicle is off and disconnect the negative battery terminal for safety. Remove the dashboard panel by unscrewing any visible screws and gently prying it off to access the gauge cluster. Unscrew the gauge cluster, disconnect its wiring, and then replace the burnt-out bulbs by twisting them counterclockwise. Reassemble the cluster and dashboard, reconnect the battery, and test the new lights.
