Here is a thread of people who had the same problem. This may work for some of you but I'm opting to change the bulbs themselves to elimate it from happening again in a while. http://www.elementownersclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=22376&highlight=change+bulb
The light in the switch can not be changed, the whole switch would need to be replaced.
Need a little more info on what your trying to replace. Is it the switch in the dash? It's in the overhead console.
Remove the heater control switch decorative cover. Remove the retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness. Reverse the process to install the new switch.
light out on the seat heater switch on passenger side. High low indicator is ok. How do you replace bulb?
If you are talking about a wall switch for the heater, check to see if the heater has its own internal thermostat or switch as this might be in the off position and not allow the heater to turn on. If you are talking about a switch on the heater itself, then yes in all probability the switch is not working.
Where is heater control switch
The neutral switch is located in the console conected to the shifter. You can unplug it and put a jumper wire to test if this is your problem.
Do you mean a change between GUI and console mode, then try the following, Press Ctrl+F1 to switch from GUI mode to console mode. F1 to F6 are console modes and use Ctrl+F7 to switch back to the GUI mode. Or if you mean, about changing the default mode (booting) from GUI to Console then try this, go to /etc/inittab file. change the runlevel id: to 3 for booting in Full-User mode.

Most domestic electric hot water tanks have 2 elements that screw into or are bolted into the tank. Each has an electrical thermal switch and temperature can be adjusted on the lower element
The turn signals operate through the Hazard switch. The Hazard switch assembly is in the radio console inside the car and must be replaced. This unit is about $90 CDN and can be purchased from the dealership. I replaced mine by pulling out (Carefully!) the radio console (the owners manual will show you how to do this). After that, you: Push the old Hazard Switch out from the rear of the radio console. Unplug the wire at the end of the broken Hazard switch. Plug the wire into the new Hazard switch. Push the Hazard switch back into the radio console and slide the radio console back in place. It takes 2 minutes if you get someone to hold the radio unit while you change the switch. Good luck!
