Jack up the car, remove the wheels. Then using 13 and 14 mm wrenches remove the lower/closest to the rear bolt and rotate the caliper up. Slide out the old pad, clean the anti-rattle clip, carefully force the pistons back into the caliper then slide in the new pad with a clean anti-rattle clip. Lower the caliper back into position and reattach it. It really is that easy, once you've done it once or twice.
