Give it a twist an it will come off. unplug the electrical connector from the bulb then release the two spring wire holders on either side of the bulb. I can only assume you mean the passenger side turn signal light. With the engine off, open the hood and stick your hand into the space between the battery and the headlight on the passenger side. Identify the headlight wires and move your hand toward the fender, closer to the turn signal and identify the turns signal bulb wires. The wires will go into a place connector. Firmly twist the connector counter clockwise and pull connector out. Replace bulb.
