To change the fork seals on a 2007 KTM 250 SX-F, start by removing the front wheel, brake caliper, and fender. Next, detach the fork from the triple clamps and use a fork seal driver to remove the old seals after disassembling the fork. Clean the fork tubes thoroughly, install new seals with a seal driver, and reassemble the forks, ensuring proper oil levels. Finally, reinstall the forks onto the bike and check for leaks.
Remove wheel, fender. Remove Allen bolt at bottom of fork with impact wrench, it usually will not come loose, if you are trying it by hand unless you stick the special tool down into the top of fork tubes. (I use a broom handle), remove dust seals on fork legs, remove circlip, carefully remove oil seals, replace them, and reverse procedure for reassembly, add oil to fork tubes. Bubba
It depends which seal has gone; left or right.
330ml per fork
For a 1977 Suzuki TS 250, you typically use about 10 to 12 ounces of fork oil per leg, depending on the specific fork model. To change the fork oil, first, remove the front wheel and brake caliper, then loosen the fork caps and drain the old oil by inverting the forks. After that, refill each leg with the new oil to the appropriate level, reassemble the forks, and ensure everything is tightened properly before reinstalling the wheel.
A part called a clutch fork pivot holds the clutch fork on a 1976 Ford F-250. Another part near the clutch fork is the clutch flywheel.

6 oz of oil per fork
For a 2001 Honda CR 250, you typically need about 10.6 to 11.0 ounces (approximately 315 to 325 ml) of fork oil per leg, depending on the specific setup and whether you're adjusting for your weight or riding style. It's important to check the service manual for the exact specifications and recommended oil type. Always ensure to replace the fork seals and properly bleed the forks after changing the oil for optimal performance.
