well that is an old car and along with it comes rust. Look under the bumper, it is in the bumper isn't it. Those older ones were just a wiggle and push to install so wiggle and pull to get out careful grabbing the bulb so it doesn't break look at it and flick it does the element shake if so it is burn't out

you need to replace the bulb in the front...
Inside the bonnet at the rear of the indicator light fitting is a steel ring. This is a clip-in spring fitting. Once unclipped the indicator unit slides out. The bulb is attached by a simple push on fitting.

To change the high beam indicator you have to take the instrument cluster out of the dash.
My data is showing the indicator relay as being part of the hazard light switch.
It is an indicator light to signify a door is open.

I'll make this easy for you... 1) Remove old bulb 2) Instert new bulb 3) ?????????? 4) Profit!!
You may need to change the indicator bulb, that's what was wrong with mine.
