Loosen wheel lug. Jack up van and put on jack stand. Take off wheel. Rotate caliper off rotor. You'll need to compress piston to rotate caliper. Rotor will slide right off if not held on by factory clip. Otherwise pry clip off and rotor will slide right off. Have rotor turned or put on new rotor. Where I live it wasn't worth turning rotor, but cheaper to buy a new one online on ebay. Slide new rotor on to lug nuts and hold in place with one wheel nut while you reinstall caliper. After caliper goes on take wheel lug off and install wheels.
