First if you have a center stand you can pull the bike down on the back wheel that will get the front wheel off the ground, If you don't have a center stand you can buy a motorcycle jack witch is a good idea if you plan on doing allot of your own work on your bike. As for removing front wheel: unbolt calipers from fork and remove speedo cable remove retaining bolt that holds axel shaft then remove axle shaft being careful not to lose any parts.
I would suggest you take the wheel and tire to a shop with a tire machine to do the change because the rim might get damaged if done by hand. If you are going to take the chance you have to let the air out of the tire and brake the Bede (might use a vice chisel and a hammer) use rounded pry bars to remove the tire from rim and to put back on (replace stem on tire remove air valve in stem) use pry bars and when it is on pull the tire back on to Bede as best you can the air will do the rest (put the air valve back in) then revers the uninstall
hope this helps
