Disconnect the battery. Disconnect the filler neck from the fuel tank. While holding the fuel tank up with a jack, remove the tank straps. Lower the tank just enough to remove the wiring and the fuel line. Pull the tank out. The pump mounts on the top under the access cover. Replace the pump and put the tank back in.
