Hi,
Changing the headlight bulbs in these van is relatively easy. The key is that there are 3 "wing nuts" that have to be removed before the side marker and headlight assembly will come out. Once you have the assembly out, it is just a mater of turning the rear fastener a quarter turn and removing the bulb.
One note: Make sure you handle the new bulb with gloves or a paper towel. Oil from your fingers that can get on the bulb will get very hot and reduce the life of the bulb considerably.
