once you take off the black cover it is easier to remove spare and spare tire compartment then the two screws on the top and side of the head light fixture then the four screws on top holding on the front fender you should not have to remove the bottom screws the head light fixture will not come all the way out but you can shimmy it enough to unplug the the black power cord then the round rubber cover then the spring loaded clip holding in the bulb the bulb just sits in a slot held in by the clip just replace bulb the fasten clip then the rubber cover plug in and that's it sound complicated but any novice can do it
thanks

Remove the headlight assemblies and you will have access to the signal bulbs. See sources and related links below for bulb information.

two bolts on the top of the plastic housing - lift the plastic headlight out and unscrew the headlight from the bottom of the light- replace the bulb and be sure to get the plastic pins in the right spot before you bolt the headlight back in place.
By removing the locks that hold the headlight assembly in place you can wiggle the headlight assembly out to gain access to the headlight bulbs for replacement.
See *Headlight* under Maintenance and Service - Replacing Bulbs, in your "Owner's Manual" (Removing the Headlight Housing Assembly makes life a lot easier).....
If your gonna keep it, get the book, otherwise, follow the wiring to the back of the bulb and see how it's mounted..
Generally, headlight bulbs turn counterclockwise. You may need to put a little extra force on it since the rubber may have siezed onto the assembly.
