Depends... if it's the lowbeam, you can do it yourself if you have skinny hands, as there isn't a lot of room. In my experience, the other bulbs have to be done at the dealership. W the lowbeams, they have a separate access - you can see the cover, it's a black plastic cap that has "fins" for grip, and says Top, Close, and Open on it (there's more room on the passenger side, so I did that one first to get the hang of it).

After you open/remove the cover, look below the light assembly and you'll see a clip that's in the shape of a square, and hooked into the back of the assembly. Press in/down, and to the left (passenger side) to release it. Lift the clip out of the way and pull out the lamp by the base NOT THE WIRE. Disconnect the lamp, noting the direction of the flat side of the base so you can insert the new one the same way. Then, reverse what you just did.
