There is a small bulb behind the fan speed knob, pull the knob out and with a pair of tweasers pull the bulb out and change it.
The rear heater fan
It is right under the dash on the passenger side were your feet would be if your setting in the seat. Real easy to change.
The heater fan or blower motor is located underneath the dash on the inside of the car located in front of the passenger seat.
Remove the wiring harness from the back of your 1994 Chevy heater fan motor. Remove the heater fan motor retaining bolts. Remove the fan from the front of the heater motor. Reverse the process to install the new heater fan motor.
There are fuses below the steering column to the right side as you sit in the drivers seat, pull the flap open. The fuse box is under the bonnet, again on the right side, mid way. I believe the fan heater fuse is located there.
You don't change it. Ask your driver to get the car at a specialised service :)
the fan control is on the left side of the heater control assembly, center of the dash. the resistor block which is probably what your asking about is above the front seat passengers feet behind the hush panel.
The fan motor has a short...change it.

Remove the wiring harness from the back of your heater fan motor. Remove the heater fan motor retaining bolts. Remove the fan from the front of the heater motor. Reverse the process to install your new heater motor.
Grip the central fan control knob and pull to remove it. (Make a mental note of whatever setting you currently have the fan at - you will need to replace the knob in the same position). In the cavity behind you will see a single bulb, which illuminates all of the the heater, fan and aircon switches & dials. To replace it is quite tricky, due to the confined space. I would recommend using some needle-nose pliers, and if you can cover the tips with rubber, or putty to help you grip the glass bulb gently then all the better.
