According to my manual the x300 is a closed and sealed transmission unit. No adding hydraulic fluid for the do-it-youself mechanics. Suppose there is a way but I believe that the dealership has to do that work if it's needed.

first-there is a drain plug next to the hydraulic filter to remove old hydro oil

second-replace old filter

third-reinstall drain plug

fourth-refill hydro fluid bye way of fill tube on left side of seat to half way up sight window on rear of tractor upper left of rear pto

You fill it by removing a bolt right in front of the seat directly in the center and you will need a funnel
