Hyperlinks can only be changed one at a time. You can select a range of cells and apply the same link to all of them, even without text in them. Select the cell or cells and press Ctrl - K to open the dialog box. You cannot put different links into the cells at one time. So if your cells are to have different links, then they have to be done one at a time. If one block of cells have all set to have the same link, then that can be removed at once. If there are different links in a block of cells, then each link must be removed individually.

You can't. JPG is pictures, excel is a worksheet with names and numbers. You might be able to turn an excel-file into a JPG, but then you would no longer be able to do calculations in the worksheet.
It is not possible to have multiple autofilters in one worksheet. What you can do is select your range(s) and convert them to a list/table by going to Data->List in Excel 2003 or Insert->Table in Excel 2007. This will give you the functionality of an autofilter, but it can be applied to several ranges within the same worksheet.
