should be a 17mm bolt on the bottom of the right side.
hold pressure on it while you loosen it because there is a spring and it will pop off.
once off there is a spring and a little filter, don't lose either one.
after the oil drains put the small end of the spring in the nut and the filter into the large opening of the spring and then put the nut back in, do not over tighten.
add 3/4 of a quart 10W 40 oil, synthetic works best, check the level and add a little if needed.
to check oil make sure scooter is on center stand, unscrew the dipstick, wipe it off and put it in but do not screw it down and check the level, you will see the line it needs to be at.
FROM MY EXPERIENCE ITS EXACTLY 750 mL. 3/4 OF A QUART IS A ROUGH MEASUREMENT. GY6 MOTORS BUILT AT 49CC HAS A MANUEL THAT SAYS TO USE EXACTLY 750 mL OF NON SYNTH FIRST 500 MILES AND THEN FULL SYNTH FOR THE NEXT OIL CHANGE AT EVERY 500 MILES. COLD CLIMATES OR SEASONS CALL FOR 15w30 AND WARM WEATHER CALLS FOR 20W30. YOU MAY USE 30 OR 40 . IE. 10W40 FOR COLD WEATHER IS FINE.
