The fuel filter is in the gas tank, along with the pump. You will not be able to change this filter, unless you change the pump too.

Drop the pan and unbolt it.
Dodge calls it a lifetime filter. It is part of the pump module in the fuel tank. I tell my customers that it doesn't need changed until the fuel pump quits, it then comes free with the new pump.
The oil pump on a 4.7L is on the nose of the crankshaft. It is under the timing chain.
It is under the fuse box/battery tray.
if u drop the fuel tank it will be right on top in the middle
