It's tough to tell from your question what part(s) you actually need. If it's just a socket that's been broken you can probably buy it from your Toyota dealer. Your best bet if it's more than that is to visit a local junkyard that carries foreign branded cars. You should be able to find a Gen I Solara and remove whatever part of the harness you need.
Keep in mind the entire turn signal harness will be a small part of the larger car wiring harness. You'll be able to separate wiring that goes directly to the front and rear turn signals but you'll never get everything from bulb to fuse box to switch.

Your best source is a Toyota dealership. A possible alternative 'might' be an auto recycling yard but removing an ignition harness on a modern car intact could be difficult.

Begin by removing the speaker covers in your 2006 Toyota. Remove the speaker retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the speaker.

You don't. There is no cabin air filter on the Gen I Solara. The interior air filter appeared on the 2004 (gen II) and later Solara. Cheers

The list price for a Toyota Solara Convertible is listed at 29,965. It is a great deal and Toyotas in general last a long time. The list price is subject to change depending on the year you want.
The Toyota Solara is no longer in production. It was discontinued in June 2009.
