You can not change a disc to play on a different console. Discs are not even able to be rewritten

Black PS1 discs can work on a PS2. There are a number of reasons why it will not work. It could be a dirty or worn out disc or region conflicts.

there wouldn't be PS1 codes on a ps2 gameshark but since ps1 games work on ps2 you might be able to download ps1 cheats onto ps2 gameshark but it is doughtful since ps1 and ps2 gamesharks and gameshark codes are probably differant format

No the PS1 could never even read a blue ray disc or a PS2 DVD let alone run the software program to make the game work
