To change the rear axle fluid you can remove the rear cover from the axle and drain it that way. If you don't want to remove the rear cover you can use a pump and a hose to drain it through the fill hole.

The front wheel sensors are mounted in the steering knuckle in close proximity to the toothed sensor rings which are pressed onto the wheel hubs. The rear wheel sensors are mounted in the rear axle housing and the sensor ring is part of the gear in the rear axle.- Haynes Repair Manual # 36071: Ford Ranger Pickups 1993 - 2005, also includes 1994 - 2005 Mazda B2300, B2500, B3000, B4000. Vehicles with front wheel drive have a straight rear axle meaning there is no gear housing in the rear axle. Vehicles that are rear wheel drive have a gear box in the middle of the rear axle to change the rotation of a drive shaft to turn the rear axle. If you look under a full size pick up truck rear axle you will see a large gear box (typically referred to as a pumpkin) in the middle area of the axle. That is the gear box differential.

I don't believe so, I'm pretty sure a "Track Bar" aka "Panhard Rod" is meant to help stabilize the rear axle. 1995 Mazda 626 is an FF or front-engine front-wheel drive vehicle. there is no "rear axle" to speak of, because it is independent suspension. there IS a tie-rod type stabilizer in the rear however.
