Hi, just did mine, the pistons have to be wound back, if your in the UK you can get the tool from Halfords, about £20, i live in Spain & had to use mole grips with something on the grips so as not to damage the piston, make sure the lug on the back of the pads sit in the recess of the piston...........good luck
Remove wheels Re-install 2 lug nuts to hold rotor in place Remove caliper mounting bolts Slide caliper off rotor Remove inner and outer brake pads Fully retract piston into caliper body - may need a special tool (not expensive available at Sears or auto parts) Piston may be threaded if parking brake is used by this caliper Install new pads PUMP BRAKE PEDAL TO SET PADS AGAINST ROTOR PRIOR TO MOVING VEHICLE

To reset the ABS and brake lights on a 2002 Toyota MR2, trying disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes. A Toyota dealer can also reset the lights.
You have a hydraulic clutch in your mr2, no cable.
I know RX7 FD wheels will fit on a Mk II MR2 but I don't know if the 14" wheels from the '92 MR2 will clear the brake calipers on the RX7.
