It's been awhile since I did it, so we'll see how many details I can remember. But I recall that it was a fairly simple job.
Jack up the car and remove the wheel.
There should be 2 (maybe 3?) bolts on the caliper assembly that you need to remove so that the caliper assembly can be lifted off the rotor.
Replace the old brake pads with the new ones.
If you've changed brakes on another car before and used a C-clamp to push back the round part that actually squeezes on the brakes (sorry, I don't know what it's called) this one is different. Instead of pushing it back in with a clamp, it screws in. I used a pair of needle nose pliers. Just stick the tips into the 2 indentations and twist clockwise until it has gone back in enough so that the caliper assembly (with new pads) can again fit back over the rotor.
Replace the bolts, replace the wheel, jack the car back down, and pump your brakes real hard a few times.
