Yes they do have struts and they aren't hard to change
2 struts for the front and 2 regular shocks for the rear.
It Has Shocks On The Rear Not Struts. So It Really Isn`t Too Bad Of A Job.
shock absorbers front and rear
The Chrysler 300 rear struts are held in place with a retaining bolt on each end of the strut. Remove the retaining bolts and the strut will come off. Reverse the process to install the new rear struts.
There are no "shocks", they are struts, and you'd best take it to a mechanic who knows what he's doing. It's NOT an easy job.
No ( shock absorbers front and rear )

It has shocks in the rear I believe. Not struts. Struts are in front.
leave this to the pros, struts are hard to do safely without special equipment to compress springs
Both front and rear struts, parts and labor, aprox $1,000. Extra for alignment.
