There are two screws that hold the window to the side of the truck and they are located beneath the molding. You'll need to remove theseat belt bolts, the window lever mounts, and the clips that hold the molding to the side of the car. Technically you don't have to take the molding entirely off if you can pry it out enough to get a wrench to the bolts (but not that it is a little difficult to pop the molding off near the passenger door). Once you get the old window out, it shouldn't be too hard to put the new one in. Be careful not to over-tighten the screws on the glass.
FYI- You'll need both standard sockets and star sockets to get everything apart.
