Just unscrew the two screws holding in the red third tail light. Pull out assembly, replace bulb. 2003 Town & Country used a 921 bulb.

Open lift gate Notice what appears to be a small, round rubber "bumper" on the inside of the vehicle opposite the tail light lens. Carefully pry the rubber "bumper" out. This will loosen the tail light lens so you can now pull the lens assembly away. Replace the defective bulb. Replace lens assembly. Re-install the rubber "bumper".
