It's probably not bad, all those screens flash coolant temp sensor & there is no issue. Your chasing a ghost
p0128-- coolant temperature below thermotat regulating temperature---change thermostat first, and make sure coolant is ok!! then if it does not work. change coolant temperature sensor.
this is normal, because the coolant temp sensor is supposed to be in direct contact with the cooling fluid in order to read its temperature
Likely a faulty coolant temperature sensor. Change the sensor.
just remove the rubber strap and the hoses. that's all
Change your oil cooler.
It is often useful as a coolant because it can absorb thermal energy without a large change in temperature.
The guage on the dash uses the ONE wire sensor... This is located in the block near the drivers side. Eric First check to see if you have coolant in the radiator. If there is no coolant you will not get any reading from the temperature sensor. If there is coolant then change the temperature sensor.
probably means u need to change the coolant for the car, leaking coolant sumwhere
unscrew old unit screw in new unit.
Driver side behind alternator. You must remove alternator to change it
Drain about 1 Gallon of coolant from radiator Remove housing at engine end of upper radiator hose Make note how thermostat is installed Clean both surfaces Install new thermostat and gasket Re-fill coolant slowly to prevent an "airlock" Start vehicle and watch for leaks Run vehicle to normal operating temperature with heater on Re-check coolant level
Make sure coolant is at proper level Change thermostat Check to see that heater core is not restricted, plugged or airbound Make sure coolant is circulating
