My 2.5L engine has a large, black air intake on the left side of the engine compartment (facing engine). Follow the black corrugated intake pipe to the rear of the engine. Near the back center is the filter box. Run your hand around the box to find the clips. Release the clips, lift the lid. Remove old filter and replace with new. Close lid then secure clips.
There is no Power Steering Filter on a 2002 Subaru Legacy/Outback.

There is no such thing as a 1995 subaru outback, the outback package was not offered on a subaru legacy until 1996, you either have a 1996 subaru outback, or you have a 1995 subaru Legacy L or LSI wagon. Both will be covered in most guide books you can pick up at your local autoparts store.
Sorry, but it won't. Subaru's changed their headlight shape every 3 years or so. They made a change around April 1997, so the one's before that are different from the ones after.
