NewIt's located in the front wheel well. Remove front left wheel, then unscrew battery door.Actually, there's no reason to remove the driver's side front wheel, just turn wheel to left and right behind the wheel you'll find an access panel, remove this and there's your battery. Recommend removing negative post first to prevent "short circuit" when removing positive terminal. Good Luck!

it is very easy to change the battery on a 2001 Chrysler Sebring. You just need to take the battery terminals off the old battery and then replace with the new battery. Make sure to replace the terminals on the correct battery post.
I have a 2002 Sebring Limited Convertible and my battery is located and "accessable" on the driverside front wheel well. To change the battery you need to turn the wheel all the way to the right and remove a cover to expose the battery. Good Luck! it's no easy task!
The battery, on a 2010 Chrysler Limited Sebring, can be changed by first removing the battery cover. Remove the battery cables and the retaining bolt. The battery will left out. Reverse the process to install the new battery.

The battery is in the front of the left front tire well. The manual says you don't have to take off the tire, but you DO. Remove a few screws at the front of the wheel well and you'll find the battery.
