If it is in the rear of the car it is really simple. Just gently unscrew the plastic cap completely off. Remove the cloth covering over the light inside the trunk. This will give you access to the bulb unit. Gently turn and pull the unit out and pull out old bulb and replace new. Make sure to snap the bulb and unit back in place securly otherwise the bulb will shake loose. It might take a little effort to pull out the bulb unit but keep persisting. The bulb only cost a few dollars so it is well worth it doing it yourself. If it is a front bulb then I would refer to your owner manual as this is a little more tricky Hope that helps
